We verify accounts during business hours of 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. - within two hours.

Age verification is a legal obligation as we sell smoking goods.

To verify your account, simply submit a document that shows only your name and date of birth.

For wholesale customers, simply select - Company, store or Wholesale in the "Customer type" field and submit the required documents. After checking the document, you will get access to the best price on the market directly from the importer.

We will let you limit even if you need one bowl for your business, so the limit is zero.

You have several options for payment:

1) Cash on delivery

2) Payment in cash on the spot

3) Payment by bank transfer

4 ) Pay Pal

5) Payment card - we are working on it, it should be active next week

You can choose from several carriers:

1) PPL

2) Mailbox

3) Local delivery

If your shipment is damaged, you must report it to the carrier within 48 hours at the latest. We will take a photo of the damage and send it to us at hello@izzysmoke.com together with the order number. At the same time, fill in the complaint protocol with the carrier that delivered the shipment to you.

We will strengthen the packages the day after the order, in case of local delivery in Prague - every day from 17 to 22.

Delivery time depends on the carrier, but usually within 2 working days in the Czech Republic and within 3 working days on Slovakia.

Yes, you can pick up the goods at Chemická 955, Prague, Smoky Place or Tiskařská 599/12, Prague 10.

Yes, we can bring any goods to order.
